Returns and warranty information
Please note that the following information only applies to purchases made through the MDM Technik Ltd website.
MDM Technik Ltd is committed to quality; if the products we supplied you has failed in any way, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back. If the product is delivered faulty or has arrived damaged, we will reimburse the cost of return postage. Unwanted items may be returned within 14 days at your cost, restrictions apply, please see ‘returns restrictions section’ below.
How to return an item.
In order to begin the return process please email us at email@example.com with at least 3 pictures.
Once emailed, on average, will respond with further information within 3 working days. Please await instructions before arranging the return of any item. Please read the below returns information prior to arranging any return.
Products must be returned to MDM Technik Ltd directly unless otherwise stated.
Items must be as new, unused, in their original packaging, with labels intact, and in a saleable condition. Please note, unwanted items are returned at your own expense and should be sent by recorded delivery. We are unable to provide a refund for items which are lost or damaged in transit. Returned items must be securely protected and packaged for the return journey with appropriate postal labels and returns numbers correctly displayed. Certain products such as food, perishables or safety items cannot be returned. Personalised items, those made to order, or special-order products are also excluded unless they are faulty. You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of the date which you receive your goods. You then have a further 14 days, from the date you have notified us, to return the goods.
Damaged or Faulty Goods upon arrival.
If on arrival, the product is shown to be defective, or if a product displays a fault within the warranty period, we will either exchange the items or refund your money including the cost of return postage. Postage up to the value of £20 will be refunded once we receive a valid postal receipt. Should the cost of return postage be higher than £20 please confirm with us before returning the item. Please keep a clear photo or PDF scan of your postal receipt as this may be requested prior to the refund being performed. Please note, items should be returned by recorded delivery. We are unable to provide a refund or exchange for items which are not received.
How will I be refunded for my return?
In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that it can take up to 14 working days to inspect and process items returned, prior to a refund being performed. We cannot refund products unless they are returned to us first to be inspected. No refund will be given whatsoever if the product is not returned.
Faulty goods within warranty.
If a product is deemed to have been misused, installed incorrectly, fitted by a non-qualified installer and without proof of install by a qualified installer, we will not be able to provide a refund, exchange or any warranty on the product. All products are inspected upon return.
The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person if the product is sold on. The warranty is invalid if the product is fitted to a vehicle for which it was not intended.
